Laguna Homes is not the usual estate where every house comes from one catalogue. Here the land was sold as plots and owners built their own houses, in almost any style they liked. So every house on the street is different, and you choose a specific home rather than a floor-plan option. This one is built in the Thai style: a multi-tiered tiled roof, deep eaves against the sun, all rooms on one level. The plot is 1,500 sqm, generous even by Laguna standards.
