Apartments for sale in Phuket

Apartments and condos in projects by the sea — to live in, to rent out, or both.

Apartments are the simplest way into Phuket property: a foreigner can hold a unit freehold within the building’s foreign quota, and rental management in the complex is usually already in place.

The collection covers projects in Bang Tao, Surin and Rawai. For each one we show the ownership structure, completion timeline, what the price includes and a line-by-line rental calculation.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can a foreigner buy an apartment freehold?

Yes. Under the Condominium Act, foreigners can own up to 49% of the unit area in a building. If the foreign quota is used up, the remaining option is leasehold — we always confirm this before a reservation.

Off-plan or a completed apartment?

A completed unit earns from day one and you can see it in person. Off-plan has a lower entry price, staged payments and part of the return comes from value growth by completion; the risk sits with the developer, so we vet them first.

How much does renting out an apartment earn?

There is no single figure — we model each property: rental income, owner costs (management, tax, maintenance, vacancy) and what is left. We will send the calculation for any apartment in the collection, or you can run it in our calculator.
